John Simpson is an embarrassment who lack any kind of dignity and interfered outrageously in our national affairs, despite claiming to be simply an objective journalist reporting fairly on matters. WHAT MAKES IT WORSE is we have to pay him for the privilege of hearing him undermine our democracy, hurl insults at a courageous man and promote his PC politics, while he lives the life of Riley.
That gives the lie to any BBC claims about impartiality of one of its most senior and experienced journalists. Is he still the grandly titled World Affairs Editor?

DeleteWonderful, at last the armour-plated John Simpson has been embarrassed on the impartiality front and forced to delete a tweet.
