This would be analogous to crowd sourcing but with each licence fee payer having in effect a "BBC voucher" to spend on programming. Programme makers would then seek funding via the BBC vouchers. <br /><br />I think we should also move to an opt out system - so people not wishing to receive BBC programmes are not required to do so simply because they have receivers or an internet connection. Its radical reform or removal is now an absolute imperative. <br /><br />If the BBC were glorifying Islamic terrorism in the same way it is glorifying the violence by anti-Trump demonstrators it would be in breach of the law.
