Hope we never see it again, from anyone.<br /><br />I didn’t see all of Newsnight but I did see the White Dee bit, and I agree that Emily was trying to coax Dee into condemning Channel Four rather more than was strictly necessary, but you didn’t mention Dee’s attempts to justify still being on benefits now that she was teetering on celebritydom, (and Maitlis’s attempt to make her defend it)<br />It was all a bit cruel and in some ways almost as exploitative as they accused C4 of being.<br /> <br />I admit that Dee was remarkably self-possessed and she looked rather glamourous with that shiny hair and smart dress.
