I really respect her, in a way I don't respect virtually all other BBC reporters now. <br /><br />300,000 complaints to the BBC? Wow! That's a lot really...given complaint inertia. I am almost tempted to add to the total now. Makes you realise how carefully they manage perceptions because occasionally they do release a complaint figure...but it's always quite low, making you think that the total could never be that high.
