Just checked and Mr Zurcher is being more circumspect than I expected. Apparently this relates to an allegation about what happened in "High School". Hmmm...perhaps it's a "he who is without sin cast the first sin" moment for Anthony?
Another sleepless night for the Beeb's legal dept! - the Beeboids are becoming increasingly lax about this kind of thing. I think it's all to do with the fact that May's government has given them carte blanche to abandon all pretence of impartiality in reporting Brexit & the freedom has gone to their heads.
Er that headline is kind of prejudging the matter by strongly implying the alleged assault did take place. A fair minded report would say "When is it alleged the assault took place?"
