Piers Morgan annoys Rob Burley

Camilla, Liz and (of course) Ash

Piers Morgan always has a calming influence on people, doesn't he? Here he is not getting on the nerves of both the editor and the executive editor of The Andrew Marr Show:

Liz Bates from the Yorkshire Post was particularly good today. She should be on again.

Of course, we got ten minutes of Boris bashing via the prism of the MSM.
But what an opportunity to shine a light on the most important issue in the Yorkshire area this week – the arrest of another 44 people for child sex grooming. What a chance to get a local perspective on a cancer affecting the communities served by the Yorkshire Post.
So, did Marr go there? Well, this is the biased BBC. Of course he didn’t. //

BTW The 44 was a story the Yorkshire Post relegated to a small column on page 3

    1. As usual with Burley they don't put up the names of the speakers. Was that Camilla Tominey on the left? She's always very good on these programmes.

It is noticeable that they have more women on the paper review. No harm in asking why. More interesting would be to hear from Burley why Novara media is always on. I noticed the attention-seeking Sakar again. Not sure she added much to the discussion.

  2. Another comment by Piers Morgan on a completely different subject was very disturbing.Piers Morgan had interviewed Alan Sugar , and was showing an exert from that interview on the breakfast show. Alan Sugar would not get upset about the way his parents had treated him as he said they had had a hard life. Piers Morgan comment on this was now put to the other people in the TV studio " The only time Alan Sugar gets upset is when he is losing money" It was the smiles and laughter of the others that was particularly disturbing.

  4. It's a small, but potent, example of what foolishness can happen when "equality of outcome" is enforced.
