Stats and BBC complaints

The BBC's latest complaints report (covering 13-26 May 2019) reveals that the three most complained about programmes were The Andrew Marr Show (twice) and One Day in Gaza. Both editions of The Andrew Marr Show concerned complaints about anti-Brexit bias, the One day in Gaza programme was complained about for anti-Israel bias. There were 788 complaints in total about anti-Brexit (and/or anti-Nigel Farage bias) on those two editions of The Andrew Marr Show and 132 about One Day in Gaza.

As for the Stage 2 findings of the BBC's Executive Complaints Unit (ECU), the BBC made 19 findings. Only 1 of the 19 complaints was upheld - it was against a Radio 4 programme that featured a "misleading claim that clothes can be disinfected by freezing".
