Andrew Marr invites on the Chancellor of the Exchequer or the Chief Secretary to the Treasury BEFORE the Budget, asks him lots of specific questions about things that might be in the Budget and receives response after response along the lines of 'Sorry, I can't answer that. You'll have to wait for the Budget on Wednesday', leading to Andrew getting frustrated. Crazy thought: Why not interview the Chancellor of the Exchequer AFTER the Budget?
