Adrian Hilton puts this crisply into a nutshell:
This absurd 'hate crime' investigation by Hants Police aside (and it is truly ludicrous), the greater absurdity is that BBC News managed to find someone who believes the statement is "neo-Nazi" and about "white supremacy". She is the only person quoted.
And this is the BBC report he's referring to:
Time for a song:
Ebony and ivory
Live together in perfect harmony
Side by side on my piano keyboard
Oh Lord, why don't we?
We all know
That people are the same wherever you go
There's good and bad in everyone
We learn to live when we learn to give each other
What we need to survive
Together alive.
