Mr Marr's Sunday morning sermon today:
Good morning. Nothing is the same. The political world is remade. The rebellion of the provinces against the views of metropolitan power is complete. All of those who secretly thought maybe we wouldn't leave the EU can forget it. We will be out within weeks. Boris Johnson has this part of the world at least at his feet. People have been asking for years what manner of man he really is and what he wants to do with the country. The answer has never mattered more than it does this morning.
Heard a bit of him this morning - to say he sounded crabby about Boris's victory would be an understatement. Rishi Sunak dealt with him very well. Sunak is definitely a rising star.
