Further down his twitter line, in his recent interview with Ian Hislop, Robinson's bias shines through again. This time in discussing "populism"...he suggests Private Eye's satiricial negativism has helped create the "brew" (you know he wanted to say "devil's brew") that has nourished populism.
I see populism as a very positive political movement based on a positive view of our culture and society. It isn't cynical about politics: it considers government can be harnessed to deliver good things.
Can you imagine Robinson ever accusing a left wing stand up comedian of have created negative views of our class based society that have created the brew which has nourished socialism? Er no, neither can I.

Clear political bias.
