Is there a BBC rule that if any BBC current affairs programme discusses English nationalism then Billy Bragg must be on it and his A New England played?

    Engaging with millionaire singers/accidental comedians who claim working class status is the the furthest the BBC dares step outside its bubble. Anyone for fake exaggerated mockney?
