Breezzy

Sometimes I wouldn't mind having Rebecca Long-Bailey's extraordinary eyebrows, if only to watch them in the mirror reacting to this kind of thing:

Wonder if any at the BBC are starting to worry that they might be, ever so slightly, overdoing the whole Stormzy thing?

  1. Stormzy wasn’t even that good on Jools Holland New Year bash.

How humiliating for him to be completely outperformed by Rick Astley.

A much more wholesome icon for the BBC but too pale, male and stale.

    1. So, are the BBC Ever Gonna Give Stormzy Up?

  2. I have never seen R L-B's eyebrows, are they like Jane Hills? Her brows shoot up when she emphasises a point and then ever so slowly creep back down so that one hardly notices until the next explosion.

    1. Perhaps expressive eyebrows are one of the BBCs secret weapons to signal approval or otherwise.

Fiona Bruce has one permanently shot up, it just never creeps back down.

    2. R L-B's eyebrows float across the surface of her Victorian doll's face like impeccably-turned-out (far-left) swans. Jane Hill's eyebrows, like most other parts of her, seem to have a lot more life to them. And Fiona Bruce is truly the Queen of Scots when it comes to biased eyebrow-wiggling. Fiona's emoting eyebrows have long been things that have caught Sue's eye. Are her eyebrows diverse enough to be given a BAFTA though?

    1. Good grief, that really is something. Are the BBC now acting as his agent? Hyping his UK concerts for free is NOT something the BBC should be doing.
