The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover

I didn't watch last night's Question Time (as I never do these days), but the choice of panel may have made you think of La-la Land - a couple of politicians (one Conservative, one Labour) plus a female engineer, a TV cook and George the Poet.

Personally-speaking, I'm very inclusive on such matters. I'd definitely have cats on the panel (the cuter the better), and, being more impartial than the BBC, dogs too...

...though, doubtless to the confusion of alt-right-obsessed BBC Trending supremo Mike Wendling, I'd personally 'no platform' chihuahuas.

Yes, never mind the Blue Peter presenters (one of whom appeared on the programme last week), let's have the Blue Peter pets on the programme instead (if they're not chihuahuas)!

Should I do an internet poll to that effect?

Alas, Channel 4's Great British Bake Off presenter Prue Leith didn't hit it off with the leftist, pro-EU Twitterati. She announced that she backed Brexit. So woe is her!

If Prue wants a safe space she can always find it with us. We'll find a spare old priest hole for her (in return for a Chorley cake).
