Thursday night's The Papers on the BBC News Channel discussed BP's £12 billion settlement over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

The paper reviewer from the FT ended his commentary by saying, "It has been five years, so it's gone on for a long time". BBC presenter Martine Croxall chipped in, "Tell that to the people in the Gulf of Mexico!" before moving on.

Did I spy an opinion there, Martine?
