Tuesday Night is Quiz Night

Here are two versions of the BBC News Channel's main 5 o'clock headlines tonight. Which do you think is the real BBC one, and which my edited version of it?
Today at five - A Downing Street source says a Brexit deal is now "essentially impossible" following a phone call between the Prime Minister and Angela MerkelThe source said the prospect of a deal had broken down over the issue of the Irish border. Ministers say a deal can still be done, but Labour blames the Prime Minister. [Michael Gove: In setting out these proposals we have moved and it is now time for the EU to move as well. If it does then there is still every chance we can leave with a new deal. Keir Starmer: The stark reality is the Government put forward proposals that were designed to fail and it still will not take responsibility for its own actions.] European Council President Donald Tusk, blaming Boris Johnsonsays it shouldn't be about 'winning some stupid blame game". We'll have the latest from Westminster and Brussels.

  1. Wooooh...tricky quiz. I'm guessing it was the second one that was the real broadcast but I really like the fact the BBC referred to "the German Chancellor". German Chancellors making territorial demands on parts of the UK can only be good for the Leave cause. :)

    1. You're correct, though I'm getting Jolyon Maugham to challenge your right answer in the courts. Gina's backers are paying.
