It wouldn't be Sunday without a bit of Rob action:
- Guido Fawkes: Odd that Marr didn't ask McDonnell a single question about Brexit. Did we miss it?
- Kate Hoey MP: Very odd! A huge issue in the coming election. Labour trying to avoid discussing it. Millions of Labour voters will not forget the way the Party has reneged on its previous manifesto commitments even if Marr has.
- Nigel Evans MP: McDonnell not asked about Brexit on Marr. ???! Simply stunned! They promised to deliver Brexit at last election, reneged on promise straight after election, delayed Brexit, voted against 2nd reading,wants to dilute Brexit with customs union and free movement. Why Andrew?
- Rob Burley: There are lots of issues to ask politicians about in a General Election. The questions on Labour’s Trump/NHS claims we’re tied to Brexit. There will be other interviews over the next five weeks.
